SoCal #4 was a fun regatta - A big thanks to all 33 boats who came out to compete and to the AWESOME Volunteers provided by ABYC - Thank you Latham Bell, Matt Beck, David Michaelis, Jeff McDermaid, Tarek Elsharhawy, David Schack and Kevin Bauman for being an awesome on the water crew!

The day started off with an on-shore postponement due to lack of wind - the first start ended up at 11:30am. 4 races were sailed, with very temperamental wind - thanks to our great mark-set boats, we were able to adjust the course quickly between races and get a good number in before the wind completely shut off at 2:10pm. Racing was called for the day at 2:15 PM.

Congratulations to Jesse McKnight and Brianna Walsh from Cathedral Catholic for placing 1st, Michael Sabourin and Eliza Moody from Newport Harbor for placing 2nd and Patrick Shannon and Grace Blackman from Newport Harbor for placing 3rd. Great job sailors!
